New Year, New Beginnings | Mon Health Medical Center Welcomes New Year Baby

Mon Health Medical Center’s Family Birth Center is pleased to announce the arrival of baby girl Gwendolyn Rose Eschler, who made her appearance on January 2.
Baby Gwendolyn was born weighing 7lbs 11oz and measuring 19in. Welcomed by her mom Hilary Eschler and dad Benjamin Eschler, Gwendolyn is the first of her siblings to be born in West Virginia.
“We’ve had a great experience here at Mon Health Medical Center. This is our 3rd baby, and each has been born in a different state,” said parents Hilary and Benjamin. “We’re so happy to have our ‘West Virginia baby’ Gwendolyn here with us to start out the new year!”
Dr. Marlee Greschner, OBGYN, was on call at the Family Birth Center for the start of the new year and delivered baby Gwendolyn.
