CCCP Accreditation
The Mon Health Cancer Center has received a Comprehensive Community Cancer Program (CCCP) accreditation from the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. The designation was awarded with a prestigious gold-level commendation – indicating the pinnacle of compliance with 36 standards of high-quality care.
According to the American College of Surgeons, there are several benefits to treatment at a Commission on Cancer-accredited cancer center.
- The clinical services provide state-of-the-art pretreatment evaluation, staging, treatment, and clinical follow-up for cancer patients seen at the facility for primary, secondary, tertiary, or end-of-life care.
