Mon Health Wedgewood Primary Care and Psychiatry Suncrest Offices Relocating

On Jan. 8, the Suncrest locations for Mon Health Wedgewood Primary Care and Psychiatry will begin seeing patients in their new offices at the Mon Health Medical Park, building 1000.

Wedgewood Primary Care offices will be located in Suite 1201 and Psychiatry Care will be in Suite 1202. Patients can enter the office’s parking lot from Mon Health Drive. Phone numbers for each office will remain the same.

The move comes almost a year after Mon Health merged with Wedgewood, the largest private primary care practice in north central West Virginia.

Physicians and clinicians who will be moving to the Mon Health Medical Park include:

Wedgewood’s Suncrest locations will be open until 5 p.m., Jan. 5.
