Mon Health CFO to represent women leaders in health care at notable regional conference

Lisa Simon, CPA, Mon Health Chief Financial Officer, will educate and empower conference attendees at the Women in Leadership Conference in Middleburg, Virginia on Friday, Dec. 13 at the Salamander Resort and Spa.

Simon will join a panel of six additional women leaders representing health systems and CPA firms serving health care providers throughout the region. Panel contributors will discuss their career journeys, leadership strategies and challenges faced as female leaders climbing the ladder of success in health care.

According to Simon, the experience is an opportunity to share lessons learned and reach attendees with information that may inspire and elevate their own career growth.

"I look forward to connecting and networking with women who are paving the way for groundbreaking health care initiatives throughout our region," said Simon. "I'm honored to have been selected among a group of strong female leaders and look forward to contributing to the professional development of attendees by participating in this panel discussion."

Simon joined Mon Health in 2018 after years of leadership experience in financial departments of various health systems, along with pioneering her own successful health care consulting company. Simon is well-known among colleagues for her ability to build and lead effective, high-performing teams and steer organizations toward financial and operational goals.
