Following in the footsteps of his father, a family physician first in Fairmont and then in New Martinsville, WV, Dr. Tallman continues his family’s tradition of providing expert medical care to the people of this region. Dr. Tallman was born in Morgantown and received his medical degree from West Virginia University Medical School followed by a residency at Charleston Area Medical Center. After his training, he practiced in Wheeling for 4 years and then joined our practice in 2001.
