Patient Portal

Need instructions to login to the Patient Portal for the first time? 

Please contact the IT Help Desk at helpdesk@monhealthsys.org or by calling 304-598-1327. 

Once registered, you will receive an email to claim and register your account.

The MyCareCorner portal allows you to see lab results, radiology reports, discharge documents, and patient instructions from your visits. Other information available in this portal includes electronic medical records, such as medications, allergies, immunizations, and health issues. You may also communicate directly with your physician on the portal. 

MyCareCorner is HIPAA-compliant and your personal health information is protected. 


How Do I Register For the Patient Portal?

You must contact our IT Help Desk to set up your account

How do I gain access to my portal account?

Once you speak with IT, you will be sent an email to finish and confirm you registration. You will be able to log in from that link.

How do I gain access to my parent, spouse or child’s portal account?

Please contact the IT Help Desk to gain access to a parent, spouse or child’s account.

How do I reset my password?

Once registered, a patient can reset their password by clicking on the "Forgot Password?" link on the mycarecorner.net website. This will send you an email. The link on the email will allow you to create a new password.

What do I do if I see another person’s Health Information, or any incorrect information regarding my name DOB or phone number in my portal account? 

You will need to report this immediately to support for MyCareCorner.
