Healthgrades recognizes two Vandalia Health northern region hospitals for excellence in outpatient and orthopedic care

Two of Vandalia Health’s northern region hospitals have been recognized among the nation’s best for specialty care in the 2026 Healthgrades Specialty Excellence Awards. Vandalia Health Mon Medical Center was named among the top 10% in the nation for Outpatient Prostate Care and received the 2026 Healthgrades Outpatient Prostate Care Excellence Award, while Vandalia Health Mon Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital received a Five-Star Rating for Total Knee Replacement for the fourth consecutive year (2023-2026).

Mon Medical Center is the only hospital in West Virginia to receive both distinctions for outpatient prostate care, underscoring its leadership in advanced, outpatient surgical care.
