    Pledge / Recurring Donation

    A pledge is a promise to donate a specified amount and allows you to pay your gift over time. A recurring donation is series of gifts given repeatedly on an open-ended schedule with no specific commitment.     Tribute Gifts and the Tree of Life

    You can make your gift in honor or memory of someone special. Gifts in memory or in honor may be given as a tribute to an individual, family, employee, physician, or even a department. An acknowledgement letter will be sent without mentioning the amount of the gift. You can also memorialize a loved one with a bronze ornament on the Tree of Life on display near the main lobby at Mon Medical Center.

  • Planned Giving / RMD / Appreciated Securities

    Create a legacy by leaving a bequest to the Foundation. Donate now using your IRA’s required minimum distribution (RMD), reducing your taxable income. If you are 70 1/2 or older, you can donate all, or a portion of your RMD directly to a charity. You can also make contributions directly from an IRA before RMDs begin. Giving appreciated securities, such as stocks, bonds or mutual funds allows you to avoid capital gains tax on the appreciated portion of the asset. We can work with you and your financial advisors to make gift arrangements.
