As this global pandemic makes its way into West Virginia, Mon Health is extremely grateful for community members and businesses that are rallying behind healthcare workers across the state. We thank you for making a difference and believe that together, we will get through this.
For those asking how the community can continue to support Mon Health System, we've outlined the below opportunities to get involved and connect with our teams.
-
Stay Home
The best way to support healthcare workers and fellow community members at this time is to stay home and continue to practice social distancing.

Donations

Make Face Masks
Fabric masks can be used for visitors to the facilities, caregivers who are not involved with direct patient care and are at low risk of catching COVID-19 from patients or transmitting to others, and to cover N95 masks for extra protection for caregivers on the front lines. If you have questions about masks, please contact donatesupplies@monhealthsys.org
We can only accept PPE donations that are latex free, unopened, and not expired. Examples include: mask and respirators, nitrile exam gloves, isolation gloves, surgical gowns, field shields and other eyewear, hand sanitizer, and sanitation wipes.
If donating physical items, please wait to be contacted so that a safe drop-off time and location is ensured.
