E Cards

Let a friend or family member know you are thinking of him or her during his or her hospital stay by sending a Patient Greeting. Your message will be printed and delivered by a member of the Preston Memorial Hospital staff or a volunteer.

Please keep in mind that this is equivalent to sending a post card — we cannot provide privacy or confidentiality. This service should not be used to send confidential communications. Do not include any personal, medical or diagnostic information.

Delays in delivery may occur, especially during weekends and holidays. We make every effort to deliver your message promptly, but sometimes, we are unable to do so.  In most cases, we attempt to mail the card to the patient after discharge.

Disclaimer: We cannot deliver Care Cards to patients in our Emergency Department or patients who are receiving outpatient surgery, infusion services, or diagnostic testing. The content of your Care Card message is not confidential and will be seen by hospital volunteers and staff. We reserve the right to not deliver Care Cards with inappropriate content.
