Care Cards
It’s easy to send one of our patients an e-mail care card. Just follow the instructions through each of the four steps. Our volunteers will then deliver your Care Card to your family member or friend.
Volunteer Services provides this service to you free of charge Monday thru Friday from 9am to 3pm. In order to ensure that Care Cards are delivered to the correct patient, please make sure to include the individual’s first and last name (no nick names please).

Disclaimer: We cannot deliver Care Cards to patients in our Emergency Department or patients who are receiving outpatient surgery or diagnostic testing. The content of your Care Card message is not confidential and will be seen by staff members of Mon General Hospital. We reserve the right to not deliver Care Cards with inappropriate content.
